Bishop Michael L. Frink is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Embracing Christ Fellowship Church, located in the river town of Shallotte, North Carolina. He serves faithfully with a heart for God’s people, offering pastoral care, biblical teaching, and steady leadership rooted in humility and obedience to God’s call.
​
He is married to his wife, Lady Tatyana M. Frink, whose grace and commitment to ministry are a blessing to their family and the church. Together, they are the proud parents of three daughters—Mckenzley Grace, Makenna Jane, and Milah Michelle—who bring great joy to their lives.

A native of Thomasboro, North Carolina, Bishop Frink graduated from West Brunswick High School in 2006. He earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from Miller-Motte Business College in July 2011. His theological education includes a Bachelor of Theology (2014) and a Master of Divinity (2021) from the North Carolina Theological Seminary. He is currently preparing to pursue doctoral studies to further strengthen his service in ministry.
Bishop Frink accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. In February 2011, he experienced a renewed call to ministry that led him to preach his first sermon in August of that year. He was formally ordained in April 2015 under the leadership of Reverend Nathan Vereen and the Pleasant View Church family.

In December 2015, Bishop Frink followed God’s leading and established Embracing Christ Fellowship Church. What began with a small group meeting in a home has grown into a thriving congregation committed to worship, discipleship, and serving the community.
​
On November 14, 2020, he was consecrated as a Bishop by Apostle Stacy T. Glover, Presiding Prelate of FLOW Fellowship of Churches, Inc. He continues to serve with integrity and a deep sense of responsibility to the work of the Kingdom.
​
Beyond the church, Bishop Frink serves as Faith Relations Coordinator for Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity, helping connect faith communities with efforts to support families in need of safe and affordable housing.
​
Bishop Frink is devoted to preaching the Gospel, shepherding God’s people, and living out his calling with faithfulness and humility. His life and ministry reflect a commitment to service, growth, and honoring God in every season.
